Analytics
I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages and films they look at, and roughly where visitors are coming from. This is aggregated, anonymised usage data – I’m not identifying individual visitors from it.

If you leave a comment on a post, I’ll store what you write along with your IP address and browser details, which helps catch spam. Comments are checked automatically by Akismet before they appear.
Embedded films
Films on this site are embedded from YouTube rather than hosted here. When you watch one, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that interaction, not mine.
Your rights
You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Get in touch at hello@beforeweopen.co.uk and I’ll sort it.
